Church of Marshallville, Georgia.& Burial will follow in the Willowlake Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fort Valley, Georgia. Mr. Felder made his transition on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 while a patient at the Navicient Health Medical Center of Peach County.
