Mrs. Laura Mae Dewberry S. Dixon was born May 30, 1928 in Crawford County to Johnny and Corene Bonner Dewberry. Laura was educated in the local school system. On Wednesday, October 30, 2018 while a patient at Houston Medical Center; surrounded by family, Our Beloved made a peaceful transition into eternal rest.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: four sons, Robert Sullivan, Ronnie Walker, John Dixon and Keith A. Dixon; and six daughters: Betty Sullivan, Janie S. Dennis, Joanne S. Miller, Sullivan, Ella S. Ridley, Shirley Drake and Cora Sullivan, ; a host of grands and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Dixon will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018, 11:00 AM at Shiloh Baptist Church, Fort Valley, Georgia. Interment will follow in Willowlake Memorial Garden.
