Philemon Daniel Christopher Gibbs was born on December 7, 1977 in Atlanta Georgia. He was the first blessing to
his loving parents, John Henry and Sonya Michelle Allen. Frog, as he was affectionately known to his family and
friends, matriculated through the Peach County School system before joining the United State Marines. He was a
hardworking, loyal and generous husband and father. He was a member of Fairview C.M.E. Church since early
childhood.
Philemon leaves in mourning a devoted wife, Jennifer; two sons Robert and Isiah; three daughters, Alicia, Lanetria,
and Kalesha. He was also a proud new grandfather of 7 month old Sa'Riyah. He is survived by six dedicated
brothers: Joshua (Bridget) Elliott, Keya Allen, Cortney (LaToya) Allen, Kilian Allen, Paxton (Jennifer) Allen, and
Christian Allen; two doting sisters, Rageena (Jamie) Dean Ruffin and Alana Allen. He was preceded in death by his
loving and devoted mother, Sonya Michelle Allen. He also leaves three aunts, one uncle, and host of admiring family
members and friends.
Frog was called home to be with Sonya and the Lord on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.
