Atlanta, Georgia- Mr. Ricky McLane Oliver, formerly of Fort Valley, Georgia, will be held in the CJ Edwards Memorial Chapel, 409 Preston Street, Fort Valley, Georgia. &Burial will follow at Willowlake Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Rick's fun loving spirit will be cherished by many including his devoted family, his sister, Denise Oliver Soloman; (Charlie Solomon, Brother in law), Fort Valley, GA and sister, Diane Oliver Scott, Stone Mountain, GA; his brother in law, (Jimmie Louis Scott), Stone Mountain,GA; his brother, Gregory Oliver, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many sorrowing friends.

Rick, as he was affectionately called, will be missed by many. Rick was a jack of all trades. He was especially known for his skills of contracting work and roofing.

Ricky's brothers, Robert Oliver and Pernell Oliver, both preceded him in death. Ricky was the second child of six children. He was born to the parentage of Nora and Mark Oliver, who also prededed him in death.

Ricky received his education in the Peach County Schools and also attended Fort Valley State College.

Rick ended his earthly journed on Sunday, September 27, 2015 in the precious care of Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
