Vivian Alicia Williams was born in Fort Valley, GA to Eddie and Gloria Williams on October 17, 1967. She graduated from Peach County High School. Vivian then went to Fort Valley State University. She went on to become a licensed Cosmetologist shortly after. She gave birth to her daughter Vilicia Horton welcomed with then husband, Reginald Horton, in 1998. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business from DePaul University. She later worked as an entrepreneur and business owner in several different professions. She was a loving, caring and selfless mother, friend, sister and daughter.

Vivian is preceded in death by her Mother, Gloria Williams, her Father, Eddie Williams, and Brother, Barney Williams.

Vivian is survived by her loving daughter, Vilicia Horton, Sister, Gracie Brice, Sister, Lena Snead - Harold, Sister, Katherine Woodson - James, Brother, Eddie Williams Jr - Gisela, Sister, Gloria Jean Wilcher - Alvin, Brother, Everett Williams - Kathy, Brother, Jerome Williams - Tiffany, Aunt in law, Linda Vanderhurst - Donnie, several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends that loved her.
