Every Life Has A Story...
Willie Ann Jackson Towns' season begun on December 24, 1957 in Fort Valley, Peach County, Georgia. She was definitely a "Gift to Mr. Willie Frank and Mrs. Letha Respress Jackson; the proud parents of their first born a beautiful baby girl.
Early in life she joined the Shiloh Baptist Church; during earlier years
Willie Ann sang in the choir. She maintained her membership the duration of her life.
Willie Ann was educated in Peach County Public schools System. She was a graduate of Peach County High Class of 1978.

She began her work journey at The Bibb Company as a Seamstress for more than twenty years. With a desire to help others lead Willie Ann employments with Home Health Services, Fort Valley HealthCare, and Summerhill Nursing Homes until her health began to fail.
The life of Willie Ann will forever be cherished and remembered by her family as a person that loved to shop; and always buying something for her mama. She was a nurturing individual around the house as in
"Mama, have you eaten"? "Mama, you need to sit down and rest" and
"Pep take out the trash". Her friendlier and that beautiful smile with the flashing gold will warm our hearts for years to come.
Willie Ann was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Willie Frank Jackson and the love of her life, Mr. Johnny Paul Towns.
On Sunday, September 29, 2024; at her residence; surrounded by her family God called our beloved home to receive her just reward
She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving and devoted mother, Letha Respress Jackson of Fort Valley, GA; one loving sister, Sallie Taylor (Lee) of Warner Robins, GA; five supporting brothers: John Jackson, Joe Jackson (Charlie Mae), Jerry Jackson, James Jackson and Tracy Williams (Vender) all of Fort Valley, GA; three aunts: Johnnie Mae McCrary of Fort Valley, GA, Fannie Dennis of New York, and Sophia Web of South Carolina; a loving and devoted cousin/friend, Minnie Booker of Byron, GA; sisters-in-law: Sarah Towns and Lois Towns both of Fort Valley, GA; brothers-in-law: Willie Joe Towas, Joseph Towns, Eddie Towns, Michael Towns, and Steve Towns all of Fort Valley, GA; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
